All our succulents are potted in 3 inch 100% recycled plastic pots with organic media and are ready to transform your living/work space.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept various online payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. Currently, we are not accepting Cash on Delivery (COD).

How much does shipping cost?

Buy one product, and we’ll charge you a friendly fee to set it on its journey, but add another product, and it’s time to party because shipping becomes totally FREE! The more, the merrier, and your wallet will be doing a happy dance 💃 When you buy a single succulent shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Don’t miss to review the shipping costs during the checkout process.

How are the succulents packaged for shipping?

All our succulents are shipped with utmost care in an eco-conscious box and swiftly dispatched to your doorstep. They are potted with organic media in 100% recycled plastic pots and are ready to transform your living/work space. Each plant is individually wrapped with protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship it within 1-3 business days. The delivery time varies based on your location. Once your succulents embark on their journey, we’ll send you a tracking link, so you can follow their journey all the way to your doorstep. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-3 days after shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. No matter where you are in India, our succulents will find their way to you. We offer shipping across India, bringing the joy of succulents to every corner!

What if my succulents arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if for any reason your succulent arrives feeling a bit under the weather, just snap a quick photo and reach out to us in 48 hours, and we’ll sort it out without any thorny complications – we will either replace it or give you store credit to try again.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, reach out to us in 48 hours. Our succulents are one-way travellers, no round trips for these adventure-seekers! These succulents have just endured a bumpy ride to reach you, they cannot take a return trip. Reach out to us in 48 hours, and we’ll sort it out without any thorny complications – we will either replace it or give you store credit to try again. We will not accept returns.
