No Return Trips:
Our succulents are one-way travellers, no round trips for these adventure-seekers! These succulents have just endured a bumpy ride to reach you, they cannot take a return trip. But fear not, if for any reason your succulent arrives feeling a bit under the weather, just snap a quick photo and reach out to us in 48 hours, and we’ll sort it out without any thorny complications – we will either replace it or give you store credit to try again. We will not accept returns.

Unavailability or Refunds:
If any item you ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we will notify you faster than a shooting star and we’ll offer you a choice of refund or replacement.
